The Bank of Industry Limited (BOI) was established in
October 2001 following the reconstruction of the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (NIDB). The Bank is
largely owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria
through the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (59.54%),
Central Bank of Nigeria (40.36%) and Nigerian citizens
and associations (0.10%).
